Enrollment Changes / Reminders

State Health Benefit Plan:

  • No changes to medical plans

  • Co-pay/co-insurance rates have changed for prescriptions for 2026. You can save even more now by using tier 1 generic products! This does not apply to High-Deductible Health plans.

  • All medical plan options will see premium increases in 2026, ranging from 5% to 30% depending on the plan and tier. Because the CCS Board pays $1,885 each month ($22,620 a year) per member toward health insurance, employee costs remain much lower than they would otherwise be.

District Benefits:

        Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical)

  • Must be re-enrolled EACH plan year.

  • Medical FSA Maximum has increased to $3,300 with a $660 rollover.

  • One Year Rollover only $50 minimum

Flexible Spending Accounts (Dependent Care)

  • Must be re-enrolled EACH plan year.

  • Daycare FSA: $7,500 Maximum for 2026.

  • No rollover – Use it or Lose it
