To celebrate a great start to the school year the superheroes in the Black Bats class created their very own superhero masks. Everyone at the CELA is a superhero, and these boys and girls definitely demonstrated some creativity with their color schemes and designs.

The Black Bats got creative with practicing their handwriting and enjoyed the nice weather outside with some sidewalk chalk writing and art. The boys and girls had a lot of fun with the activity and impressed everyone with their artistic creations. Pictured are Niyah Ware, Coco Casillas and Zoey Figueroa enjoying the sidewalk chalk time.

The Black Bats have been enjoying time outside with the trikes as a way to build motor skills and hand/eye/foot coordination. The boys and girls have really enjoyed and have gotten soke greeat exercise as they pedal around the parking lot. Pictured is Britton Norman getting the hang of pedaling and steering the trike. 

Our Pandas are also learning how to share their space and toys with their friends. Working together as a team to have more fun with more friends vs playing alone.

The Pandas made "All About Me" portraits this week. Learning about eye and hair colors, and how many eyes, ears, noses, & mouths we have! Ms. B and Ms. Maira had fun watching them place their body parts where they thought they went.
