Georgia Parent Health Survey / Georgia Student Health Survey
Each year, the Georgia Department of Education administers a health survey to parents, staff, and students. The survey results provide schools with critically important data to help guide prevention and intervention strategies. We encourage all parents to complete the survey linked below by November 1, 2023. The survey can be accessed by clicking on the link below. Please know that results contribute to our annual School Climate Rating for the 2023-2024 school year.
The Georgia Student Health Survey is an anonymous, statewide survey instrument that identifies school safety and climate issues that impact student achievement. All students at CES will take this survey in October after Fall Break. If you wish for your child to opt out of taking the survey, please notify CES Principal, Dr. Jaime Garrett by emailing garrettj@calhounschools.org prior to October 16th. CES must have 75% student participation to meet the state requirement. Sample questions can be viewed on the GSHS webpage.
